CENOS : EMS simulation software models the interaction between electromagnetic fields and liquid metal by solving complex mathematical equations that govern fluid dynamics and electromagnetism. It uses computational algorithms to simulate how electromagnetic forces influence the flow and mixing of the liquid metal within a given process. Engineers can input specific parameters, such as magnetic field strength and geometry, to visualize and optimize the metal’s behavior in real-time, leading to more efficient and precise process control.
