CENOS : BBH is a specialized simulation software for coupled electromagnetic, thermal and structural analysis of busbars in AC and DC power distribution systems.
CENOS : BBH is a specialized simulation software for coupled electromagnetic, thermal and structural analysis of busbars in AC and DC power distribution systems.
This simulation tool enables engineers to conduct a full analysis of busbars for high-voltage electrical equipment, such as generators, switchgear and transformers, power electronics, and other energy systems.
CENOS : BBH enable design of busbar electric distribution systems in generators, switchgears, transformers and other equipment. The tool allows to perform electromagnetic analysis, as well as simulate heating, thermal and electromechanical stresses.
CENOS : BBH enables in-house design of busbars for AC and DC power distribution in power electronics and energy systems.

Analyze the electrical, thermal, and mechanical performance of busbars by solving equations related to current distribution, heat generation, and structural stresses. The software simulates how high currents flow through the busbar, predicting potential hotspots, voltage drops, and mechanical deformation due to electromagnetic forces. Engineers can modify design parameters, such as material properties, geometry, and cooling methods, to optimize busbar performance, ensure safety, and improve efficiency in power distribution systems.
Create simulations for AC/DC busbars used in electrical power distribution systems. Study the mutual effects multiple busbars have when in proximity to one another.
Analyze heating, resistive losses and thermal stresses on your busbars. Use powerful visualization tools to share and analyze various designs with colleagues and partners.
All settings are kept if the user wants to recalculate the model with changed parameters. If the user changes a geometric parameter, the file CAD can be reloaded; all model parameters are retained and the mesh is automatically rebuilt, whether generated by CENOS™ or controlled by the user.
Preparing presentations with simulation results is a necessary but everyday task. With the one-click PDF report feature, CENOS™ does it for you.
You can send the results immediately by e-mail to your colleagues or customers. Or you can print and send a hard copy – whichever suits you best, so you can get back to the practical work.
An integrated software chat with CENOS™ engineers provides you with immediate and detailed technical support. No fancy chatbots here!
Our product engineers take one day of paid vacation every week for customer support. This gives customers in-depth expertise and engineers first-hand feedback. A real win-win situation.
